Leading up to a major television event, one of the United States’ largest providers of Spanish-language content was looking for unique ways to engage with their audience on a national scale.

In preparation for their largest televised event of the year, this provider chose to target Spanish-speaking individuals across the US via their smartphones. Their mobile solution: Optimum Media’s AdMessenger.

By utilizing a unique product feature, “Tap-to-Calendar,” users who engaged with the mobile ad were automatically set with a calendar reminder for the upcoming ceremony to drive tune-in.

Results

The mobile impressions were delivered during a two-day flight that ended one hour before the event began. Over 1.66M ads were delivered nationwide to mobile devices with the language preference set to Spanish, and the campaign finished with an astonishing 4.46 CTR% during flight.
